Engine Portrait I am drawn to machinery on farms. They are often as much a portrait of the farmer as a portrait of the machine. Each farmer runs their preferred tractor whether green and yellow, red and white, blue and white… They hold countless memories and the date they are purchased rivals the importance of a birthday. A tractor will typically retire on the same farm a generation or two later.
